A Design registration affords protection to an entity in respect of its aesthetic features including shape, configuration, pattern, ornamental features applied to an article.

A distinct advantage of obtaining a design registration is that a design registration can be obtained rather quickly as compared to a patent. In fact, a design registration can be obtained within 8-10 months.

  • Executed Power of Attorney.
  • Photographs of Top View, Side View and Front View of the subject matter of the Design.
  • Priority Document and its English translation, duly certified in the instance that priority is being claimed.
