Our attorneys and support staff handle drafting, filing and enforcement of all Intellectual Property Rights before the District Courts and the High Courts in relation to Patents, Trademarks, Designs and Copyright violations. Our attorneys and support staff also handle enforcement in criminal proceedings in respect of Trademarks and Copyrights.
